History

| Keel laid 21.06.1974. Launched as "ANDALUCIA
STAR" on 14.01.1975 and delivered on 17th June 1975 to Blue Star Line Ltd.
(Management: Blue Star Ship Management Ltd., London), London. Official No: 365848. GRT:
7618/9784, NRT: 3438/5428, DWT: 9680/11'092. Cargo gear: 5 cranes at 5 tons SWL (Safe
Working Load). IMO/ Lloyd's Register No.: 7342976. Call sign: GUGG.
In June 1976 chartered by Union-Castle Mail Steam Ship Co. Ltd. (Management: Cayzer, Irvine, London), London. In August 1977 delivered back to Blue Star Line. 1983 chartered by the British Ministry of Defence as a store ship at and around the Falkland Isles. And left on 03.05.1983 Portsmouth and arrived on 20.05.1983 at Port Stanley. She was fitted with a helicopter pad aft. In September 1984 sold to Highvale Ltd. (Management: Wallem Ship Management Ltd., Hong Kong), Hong Kong and renamed "FIFE". Official No.: 365848. Call sign: VRQZ. In September 1986 purchased at Santos by Adriatic Reefer Corp. Inc., La Tour-de-Peilz (Management: Suisse-Outremer Reederei A.G., Zürich), Monrovia and renamed "ORANGE STAR". Official No: 7990. Call sign: ELFS7. Arrived on 15.12.1986 at Bremer Vulkan A.G., Schiffbau & Maschinenfabrik, Bremen-Vegesack to be converted into a Refrigerated Fruit Juice Tanker. Only no.1 hold remain to be a refrigerated general cargo hold. GRT: 9981, NRT: 3128, DWT: 12'320. Cargo gear: 3 cranes at 5 tons SWL. Sailed from Bremen on 22.06.1987 for Rotterdam and Santos. On August 01st 1987 the management was taken over by Atlanship S.A., La Tour-de-Peilz. Reported from Rotterdam 15.03.1989. Surveyed afloat in respect of fractures in no. 5 and 6 cargo tanks, discovered 06.02.1998 and further cracks in No. 1 and 2 cargo tanks discovered in 06.03.1989. Repairs effected and sailed 01.07.1989. Sold on 28.10.2010 at Busan to NKD Maritime (BVI) Ltd., Chelmsford, Essex, United Kingdom (Same Management) and delivered there.
